Lebros Restaurant-aka Does the Mob eat here?

So tonight we had a spontaneous change of plans in our choice of restaurant. We decided to go to the small place right down the road from our house. The switch was so spontaneous that we had trouble even remembering the name of the restaurant. Aimee very confidently said she thought it was called "Treboo" and so with that in mind off we went.

As it turns out "it was not called Treboo" (Katie), it was called Lebros! Parking was easy and the restaurant itself looks like a house. We knew as soon as we arrived that it had an Italian flair and joked that there might even be a secret dining room in the basement for some of the more "moblike" characters of society. That being said it was a really quaint enviornment with friendly waiters and waitresses.

We ordered 3 salads and Courtney and Aimee tried the award winning House Dressing. Liz tried the Minestrone and then we all split Arancini as an appetizer.

The main courses included Eggplant Parmesan, Ravioli, and Chicken Piccata with sides of Ratatouille.

Aimee: "The dressing was SO good and I absolutely loved the Eggplant Parm...so much cheesy goodness!!!"

Courtney:"We ate Arancini which is Italian for RICE BALLS!! SO GOOD!"

Katie:"My food was delicious but...the appetizers were so good that I didn't have room for everything!

Liz:"Um...YUMM, it was SO good and I had soup, and I love soup. AND there were cute Italian ladies that kept calling us 'honey'"

We fully enjoyed our meal tonight and had an enjoyable time with just the four of us ( no guest eaters were present this month...we will have to get back to that next time). The food, the company, and the ambiance were all delightful and a welcome experience after last month's flop.

Courtney: "THAT is the closing remark!!!" (forgive her...she is busy with homework)

"Leave the Gun. Take the Cannoli"
